TrailViz turns recorded activities into GPS video overlays for your ride, run, or adventure footage. Import a GPX or FIT file, choose activity analysis or overlay creation, and preview the result before exporting.
Features:
- Animated routes with heading-up, north-up, and overview modes, plus a customizable arrow and compass.
- Activity analysis and telemetry including speed, elevation, heart rate, cadence, and power when available in the recording.
- Drag, resize, and customize overlay elements, metric labels, units, and colors.
- Landscape, portrait, and square layouts for video and social media.
- Transparent WebM or solid-background MP4 exports, including chroma key green, clip trimming, and visible timecode.
- Optional embedded UTC timecode in MP4 exports, based on the activity timestamps, with JSON timing data available separately.
- Local workspace recovery, undo and redo, familiar playback and timeline shortcuts, and light and dark themes.
- Installable as a PWA, with offline support after the app files are cached and an update indicator.
No account or activity upload is required. Files are processed locally in your browser. Export support and speed depend on your browser, device, and chosen settings.
